How do I set "Record What I Hear" in Audacity?

I can't find this option!!!

Start Up Audacity. Look to the far right on top of the Selection bar and you should see a "down arrow" next to a multi-choice bar. Click on that down arrow and select "What You Hear". When the sound you hear starts, cliick on the circular "record" button. Good luck.
