I apologize if I offended anyone who actually has ADD. I should have been pc and said "my attention wanders."

ADD isn't an emotion, you know. its a learning disability. you can't just "get it" every once in a while.

I used to have the same problem as you. How I fixed is was buying a meditation tape. Listening to the voice guide you on the meditation kept me awake and helped me focus. I didn't think about all the things I had forgotten to do at the office that day.

Get yourself a good meditation tape and try it out. It works, but it does take time to discipline yourself to relax and close your mind. Try a candle in the room and some soothing incense. Good luck.

A cd or tape to take you through is one way.. Also know that you can do it and you can reach that place within you. But having someone talk you through it will help if you are having some trouble reaching your goal. Happy Meditating!

It's 99% practice. I don't ever do it perfectly. I try for a quiet place and when I feel relaxed. Even one minute sessions are good until you feel the need to go longer. Best of luck to you!
