My aunt is a professional quilter. What she does is nothing like what most people think quilting is and is actually very similar to painting.

She does seminars all over the world and is interested in teaching in Japan but has been unable to make contact with any quilting groups there. Does anyone have any contacts for this sort of thing? Thanks.

I found the ones below by searching for "japanese quilt guild." You can probably find more, but this is a start.

Your aunt's quilts are beautiful - I especially like "The Fire Within" and "After the Storm."
