The UDP tracker protocol is a high-performance low-overhead BitTorrent tracker protocol. URLs for this protocol look like udp://tracker:port.

HTTP Tracker installs a special network component that tracks all outgoing Internet traffic from your computer. This makes it impossible for HTTP requests to bypass HTTP Tracker.

One tracks HTTP packets and the other tracks UDP packets.
