Having been denied a rebate from a different company -- and having kept copies of all paperwork -- I sent (U.S. mail) a most humble letter, enclosing a copy of all necessary paperwork, and asking most respectfully that they examine my request. (Pour it on.)

In a couple of weeks I received a check - without comment.

Good luck.

Was it a mail-in rebate or did you submit the rebate on the web? If mail-in, don't stress. Sometimes they take even 3 months. If on the web, check your email for the email validation that said you applied for the rebate, and check the weblink to see what stage your rebate is in.
If you filled out anything wrong in your rebate, you won't get it. Failed to include a copy of the receipt, the ORIGINAL barcode cut from the package (if mail-in), it will be rejected. Even then, you should get a "rejected" notice in the mail. Good luck. But be patient. They do take a while. I've waited over 12 weeks for a rebare to come through.

There may be a rebate section at their web site that will tell you if it was received or being processed. Rebates typically take 12-14 weeks to receive. Most companies depend on 50% of the customer NOT sending in for rebates and half of the remaining being fought for. I hope you made copies of everything you sent in otherwise you have no proof either.
