If i you stop breathing some while snoring then you should go see your doctor. It's probably from sleep apnea. If it's bad enough then your doctor will probably recommend surgery to correct it because you could die from it since you stop breathing for a few seconds at a time. If you don't stop breathing then it's just plain good (well, bad) 'ol snoring! There's a spray from the makers of Breathe Right Strips that you could try. Also the Breathe Right Strips also help to open up your nose so maybe you wouldn't snore. There are also pillows that say they will stop snoring, but they don't work!!! My husband has tried them all and nothing helps!! He won't go to the doctor about it though. He snores sooooo loudly that he sleeps in another room and you can still hear him!!!! Good luck in finding something that works for you!

Try Breathe Right nasal strips. Get them at the drugstore or Wal-Mart -- someplace like that. I use 'em and my wife says they help. And if you have sinus problems, you'll probably sleep better because you'll breathe easier. It's like putting a small Band-Aid on your nose. But they've got some really strong adhesive on them, so go easy when you pull them off in the morning. Next time you're watching a football game on TV, you might even see a player wearing one.

See to it that the congestion is not there in the lungs and nose. Do not let snorer put his hand on the chest or above the head. During the night to the left and day sleep on the right side is better.

I think there's a surgical procedure where they trim the epiglottis(the hangy things in the back of your throat.) Or sleeping in another room.

Sleep alone. You get the whole bed to yourself and total control of the remote, a win/win if ever there was one!
