I think this is a loaded question and here's my reason why. Some people believe they do what they think is right and others see it as wrong and vice versa. And we name them too; religion and politics are 2 subjects that will always be debatable and heated.

Genegamer had it in one. Your ego processes the world around around you, takes all that information in and helps you define your place in society, family etc. Your "id"is like 'hey! let's party! Let's go do wild stuff! See that car over there? i wonder if we can set it on fire because our favorite sports team just won the finals!?" But your "super-ego" takes the id, sits it down and says "Hey let me show you what the ego knows". Your ego knows that setting a car on fire is wrong so your id gets a quick crash course on what we call right and wrong.
The interesting part is waiting to find out if your superego is strong enough to override your id.
Hope that helped.

Parents, until the child is old enough to analytically think. A child untaught in what is morally and ethically good will define right and wrong erroneously.

Right and Wrong is defined by what the bible says. God has defined right and wrong in the bible. And if you are to read the bible then you can determine what is what. Humans will more than likely be wrong about what they believe to be right or wrong. So there is no reason for a person to trust in themselves or others unless they have been prove to be worthy to be listened to by measuring them up to the bible. Any questions you have in life, the bible will ans were it for you.

well right and wrong starts with yourself and your ethics if you feel inside of u something is right or something is wrong you know that you have found what you yourself would define as your right and wrong

(it all starts within YOURSELF)

if you would have something done to you as you would do it to someone else, it is ethical, moral, right, or whatever you want to call it. if you wouldn't it is wtong.

I think Christians who preach to others that their religion is right have not actually found jesus. they pretend they have and make a show of it, but they really are too ignorant to realize the tenents of their own religion. just a thought.

YOU do. If you think what you are doing is right, then it is. if you think something is wrong, then it is. You have to live with you. YOU make the rules for you. Or do you want to live by other people's rules?
Not me!

Your family, your culture and your religion; that is why all people don't see right and wrong the same way.
