i'm assuming you mean the bill of rights,
1. freedom of religion, press, and speech, right to petition the government and peacefully assemble.
2. right to bear arms.
3. protection from quartering troops.
4. protection from illegal search and seizure.
5. right to due process, protection from double jeopardy, self incrimination, and eminent domain.
6. trial by jury in criminal cases.
7. trial by jury in civil cases.
8. protection from cruel and unusual punishment.
9. gives rights not mentioned in the constitution to the people.
10. declares powers not given to congress are the states' (called reserved powers).

good luck

Did you mean the 10 commandments ?

First 4 are designed to support the powerbase of the organised religion.

The rest are mostly social expedients.

1 You shall have no other gods before Me.
2 You shall not make for yourself any graven image (idol)
3 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain
4 Remember the Sabbath day, and keep it holy

5 Honor your father and your mother
6 You shall not murder.
7 You shall not commit adultery.
8 You shall not steal.
9 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10 You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
You shall not covet your neighbor's house
