Putting on Eyeliner?

when u put on eyeliner is it better to put it on the inside or the outside. i think it looks better on the inside but sum ppl say its not sanitary

It think it's easier and looks better when I line inside my lashline. I have never had eye irritation from my eyeliner. Just make sure to wash your makeup off every night!

If you put it on the outside it will make your eyes look bigger which I like. It will also last longer. I used to wear mine on the inside as a teenager and it always wore off right away. I also think it would be more sanitary to apply it on the outside of your eye.

EYELINER!!!! if u have a big eye apply the eyeliner inside the eye will apear smaller; while if u have a small eye apply outside and will look bigger... both ways are sanitary if u apply with your own eyeliner stick (no sharing with friends) and with clean hands.
if u are a light skin use : brown eyeliner
tan use: brown or black
Black use : black or blue(blue has a fresher look, it looks better on teens)

If you put it on in the inside, it will make your eyes look smaller. If you want to make them bigger looking, then put them around your eyes, but don't put the eyeler all the way to the corner. Usually to the top of you eye pupil. I wouldn't worry about contaminating your eyeliner if you're the only one using it. Don't ever share your makeup, that will cause an infection. Been there, done that.

You can use on the inside or the outside or both together. Do not share your eyeliner with other people as this can cause eye infections.

Your right its not sanitary sometimes. You should use it however you want, but throw it away after 3 months at the most. If it burns when it gets in your eye that means bacteria is in it, and you should discontinue the use.

tha'ts a great question! I wonder what most women do. I do it on the outside so my eyes stand out! plus, it irritates my eyes if i put liner on the inside
