yesterday i forgot to take my contacts off and took a nap.
today my vision was sooo blurry....when will it get better?

Did you take out your contacts yet? Did you clean your contacts really well? Take some time to rest your eyes without the contacts on and your eye sight should be better--provided you've cleaned your contacts well...otherwise you should see your eye doc.

remove your contact lenses, clean lenses with proper solution prescribed by your opthalmologist check for any scratches on scalera if present see your opthalmologist
