give her the gift of your company... buy some tickets to a performance of something you both like and go out enjoy the show and maybe include a dinner, the memories you create will be longer lasting than any food gobbled up or clothing item that will eventually be out of style, and while you're out maybe have a caricature done or a photo in clothes of the motif
by the way, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Make her a mix CD of music that you like.... if you think that she might like it too....
I just made a mix CD for my mom so that she had different music to drive to....
Or get her something like a gift certificate to Whole Foods so that she can get something healthy to eat and not have to stop at a fast food restraunt....
or pay a graphic designer to work on a photo of the two of you and have it put in a really nice frame...
just be creative.... and dress the box up really nice even if the gift is only "charming" and not spectacular.

This is a tough one for sure, some of the answers you have received I would even like. You say your cousins, like sisters, so I take it family is a special thing. How about presenting her with the results from research on your family tree. Maybe the family crest which she could display with pride.

Is she a collector, does she have a passion, the Swarovski Crystals are beautiful gifts.

Is she a reader- favorite books maybe - a collectors edition of the books - booked and leather bound.
If you have a favorite picture...I think at Things remembered...they can take a picture and make a throw out of it.
If a person has everything, it is harder to make it special but with a little thought, a one of a kind item is pretty easy to come up with.

Make her something....like a scrapbook of some of your time together, or just a scrapbook page and frame it. Books are also great gifts. Find one that she has interest in. Maybe a travel book of a place she would like to go. A biography of a person she respects. Hope this helps.

A person that has everything, needs nothing . Now if you are as close as you think, you need to listen to her very closely we are very close to the holidays, do you realize people have a habit of saying out -loud what they need unconsciously, sometimes they will never repeat it and most of the time never think of it again...Pay attention, and be all EARS....and you'll be hearing things like you know i meant to buy those earrings or that necklace..or I forgot to order that........maybe you 2 are shopping she'll say I wanted those jeans and shirt but I will get it next time. Women love to shop you know that, women want everything around the shopping holidays...I guarantee she will slip and say exactly what she wants and need. Its funny how things work out sometimes, but the real joy is when you do hear her say something she said she needs and you buy it for her , you'll hear things like, how did you know, who told you I wanted that or how did you guess or I LOVE IT!!!!! and all along LOL she told you herself.....nobody has everything, just say she is hard to shop for, or she is hard to please, she will let the cat out of the bag, you'll see.................good luck

What are her interests and hobbies? Is there anything that she has mentioned she would like but can't justify the money? Does she have a favorite author, musician, actor, etc?
I find gift cards/certificates to be impersonal. But I can't think of alot of ideas for you, sorry. When you're shopping for yourself sometime, browse around and see if you spot anything that reminds you of her that you think she may like.
Good luck.

How about something you have made yourself. Or a picture albimn with special things that you shared. Or maybe a coupon for just the two of you having lunch. Or one from you offering to clean her home. Whatever it is Iam sure it will be special coming from you.
