" These ignorant men, O Partha, taking delight in Vedic utterances, say that there is nothing else and utter this flowery speech,

They speak on the authority of the Vedas and endorse the Vedic rites; but when they do so they are attached to their fruits. They say, "One should be born in this world and perform sacrifices and other rites and enjoy the delectable pleasures of heaven. Other than these celestial pleasures, there is nought else, which conduces to constant joy," so say these persons of dull wit."

Can we say Lord Krishna is telling us to see those Visions behind those texts and words of Vedic utterences ?

Lord Krishna is telling everyone to rise above the level of lower human animal mind to the level of true human being. Uttering scriptures in church, mosque, or temple, etc., is meaningless and the term "ignorant men" applies directly to the lower mind of the human animal. Lord Khrisna is not talking about visions. He is talking about actually rising above, letting go and dropping the lower for the higher state of mind which is silent conscious awareness here now. Nothing more. That is the "narrow gate" spoken of in the Bible. There is no other, and it is achieved by deep study and meditation on the scriptures and on the words of the great spiritual Masters only, not the pretenders. Then, even that concentration and meditation drop away, and you are like The Fool On The Hill sitting perfectly still. Then you come to "know" and not before. All the rest is ignorance, speculation, interpretation, guesstimating, assumption, and empty conclusion. It is never reality!

nicely, you probably did say the medical doctors did a number of chest xrays and if no longer something confirmed up on that then i could take their be conscious for it that its no longer something severe. The flavor of blood you're saying? i'm uncertain the place you're able to get that from? lower back, the chest xray on my own could element out any unusual subject alongside with inner bleeding etc. rigidity will reason the chest to tighten to the element it extremely is uncomfortable. It deff sounds rigidity appropriate. I take place to be afflicted by panic assaults so i be attentive to the sensation. consequently why the medical doctors are telling you its all on your head. the main suitable guess could bypass to work out your loved ones clinical expert and ask him for his opinion. tell her or him what you pronounced right here. If the rest ask to be positioned on drugs of a few variety.

persons of dull wit...i agree with you. is it that we are supposed to follow and re-enact the rituals and slokas written in holy books to achieve moksha and heaven, or is it that we are supposed to understand the reasoning behind the sayings and incorporate them into our everyday life.

did god give us the ability to see and think to follow blindly in the steps prescribed by people who lived thousands of years ago or to see around us and act right towards others and be the best person that we can become?

persons of dull wit, who quote lines from texts without understanding them will tell us otherwise...but i think that the lord wants us not to utter the lines like a parrot, but to really understand them and act accordingly.

thanx for the wonderful question, really made me think...

Yes, very short term goals with people of limited vision, content with just the peel of the fruit... no patience to reach the fruit and its taste deeper !

That is not how I would read it, but perhaps. Jnaneswari is a literal translatory, not a missive or subjective allegory.
