I have heard he has a wife, named Joyce. I have no idea where she is kept, now or before, as I can't recall ever seeing her photo, let alone hearing her speak. Perhaps Joyce prefers her privacy? That would be understandable.

What I do want to mention is that your question for some reason totally cracked me up. I wonder why.?

Hmmm, good question. We also don't know if Condi Rice even dates so perhaps they'd make a great couple!
