Mine is from a kind of goofy movie called Empire Records. The movie isn't terrific but there's this scene where the record store gets held up and the stoned guy does this hilarious ninja roll trying to be inconspicuous. Makes me laugh every time.

I have a few: Near the end of The Shawshank Repemption when Red is explaining what happend to Andy. OR In O'Brother Where Art Thou? when they start singing "Man of Constant Sorrow" to the crowd and everyone starts cheering and George Clooney turns to look at the the other two who were also oblivious to their popularity. OR the Alien parody part of SpaceBalls (Check Please!). OR when Ripley sees the alien queen in Aliens. OR In The Shining when Danny turns the corner and the two girls are standing there. OR In The Thing when "Superstious" (a different song plays in some versions of the movie) is playing in the background and the infected dog finds it's first(?) victim. There are more but my answer is long enough.

The scene with a 10 year old Mischa Barton abusing an SUV in Lawn Dogs. First she urinates on the hood, goes inside the cab and runs the windshield wipers to spead it around. She then finds a gun in the glove compartment and starts playing with it. Then one of the bad guys that's at the party at her house grabs the gun away from her and tells her spookedly what a bullet can do to her. Then he threatens to rape her, until he is called back to the party. It was a very dark scene and well acted, written and directed.

It's a scene from the 1989 movie, "The Three Fugitives" starring Nick Nolte as a (just released) bank thief and Martin Short as a desperate, inept man trying to rob a bank.
The scene in question is the bank robbery scene. Nick Nolte opening an account (the day of his release) and Martin Short trying to rob the bank with a grenade.
It is such a funny scene, with some all time classic lines. It never fails to make me laugh.
Here is the IMDb link for it:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098471/
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a laugh.
And as a bonus there is a totally great piece of music in it too.
Oh, can I have two?
The street dance scene (to Walk Like a Man) in the film "Heart and Souls", just before the bus arrives.

And lastly I liked your choice too, Jack sure knows how to put in a commanding performance.

Probably the ending of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, when King Arthur and the Knights get arrested by the modern day british police for killing a historian on Athurian times! Hilarious!

Scene from the movie, "Rounders",, loved when the Russian, slammed those Aces over Matt, when he went all in, leaving no room for outs, full of confidence, and taking that serious BAD BEAT.. damn, I surely know that feeling, but not losing that much, since I've lost 6K on a boat, to be beaten by quads.. totally sucks and such a gut wrenching feeling.

One of mine is the "Waterloo" scene from Muriel's Wedding. Another is Judy Garland singing "The Man That Got Away" in A Star is Born.

Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers, extended version DVD.
They've just finished the Battle at Helm's Deep
Legolas: Final count, forty-two.
Gimli: Forty-two? Oh, that's not bad for a pointy-eared elvish princeling. Hmph! I myself am sitting pretty on forty-THREE.
Legolas: [takes out an arrow, and shoots the Uruk Gimli is sitting
on in the stomach] Forty-three.
Gimli: He was already dead!
Legolas: He was twitching.
Gimli: He was *twitching* because he's got my axe EMBEDDED IN HIS NERVOUS SYSTEM!
[rattles the handle of his ax; the Uruk's arms and legs twitch]
Incredibly funny scene... I laugh every time I see it

Well, did not see that one. Glad I did not.
Mine was from the movie Somewhere In Time.
(Guys, this is a great movie to show to your ladies!)
The actress is on the stage. Speaking. Suddenly she sees the man she loves, in the audience, and without warning, changes everything. Including her tone of voice, what she says - very moving and very strong emotionally, directly to the man she loves.
Absolutely amazing. Now THAT was acting!
