It is too early in the season to call them a good team. Grossman hasn't really proven that he is a good quarterback. If the Bears are healty in the playoffs I don't see them going past the NFC championship game.

d.lin1933: The Bears have a great team with an extraordinary defence. The offence is good but a little shy of going all the way. Rex Grossman has had two bad seasons prior to this year's season due to injuries and although he is good, he lacks a bit of experience in the upper eschelons at the top where the BIG one can be won (Super Bowl). Another year should fit the bill and he should "arrive". Like what I have seen in the team so far. They are definitely the "sleeper" team of this year. The Colts look good, Saints Too !!! It is all going to come down to injuries and the healthiest team will be there.

CHICAGO ALL THE WAY!!! OH YEA BEARS ARE THE BEST!! I mean come on 5-0 already!! That was a close one last monday though but they pulled it off. The only bad part is is that that team was not favored to win and the bears were supposed to beat them easily...yikes...but i think they can go the rest of the season doing fairly well but definetly make it to the super bowl! and once again GO BEARS!! CHICAGO ALL THE WAY!! Last year sox won this year bears win and next year the cubbies?

i am a die-hard Bears fan. I really don't want to jinx them, but I hope that they will go all the way. I'm not saying that they are completely amazing cause after monday, I know they have stuff to work on and fix.
Since I am a fan of Chicago sports, it's nice being done with some games and not already "waiting for next year."

They are the best team as of now, but the cardinals showed everyone the recipe to beat the bears and thats with the cover three defense. Rex is a former Gator which likes to throw long balls like in college. Make him throw short balls like Rich Gannon did for the Raiders and see what happens. They will get beat by a team with good defense. Maybe

Da Bears,Da Bulls, Da Bears.......They almost lost to the Cardinals. Had the Cards not snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Lucky for the Bye week! Now don't choke on that Bratwurst! I think the Bears are for real but their offense was way off last week.

I'd love to see them go all the way and it is a possibility, because they finally have the Offense to go with the meanest defense in the league. And even if the offense lets use down the defense comes out 10 times harder as we saw last Monday! I Love DA BEARS!

I think they will be tested greatly in ever game after the San Fran game... Grossman looked gross. They may go all the way but it won't be undefeated and they should lose 3 or 4. If AZ would have stayed with their game plan all game they would have won that game. They ran to much and killed every time they threw the ball.

They're really not that impressive. They've beaten up on bad teams, injured teams, and nearly lost twice to teams that aren't that good. If Rex stays healthy, you can expect more of the same, since now defenses know how to play him. They'll start playing teams that won't give away games so easily and they'll lose a few. Luckily, they have almost an automatic playoff bid.

Now that they have an offense to compliment their stingy defense, they just might be the best team in recent memory! And this is coming from a die-hard Steelers fan!
