PLEASE Help!?

i'm sick and I feel like I have to puke REALLY bad but, when I go to the bathroom and try to nothing happens. What do I do?

First don't eat or drink anything. If you still feel this way in about an our go to the drugstore and purchase some stemetil, bonamine or dimenhydrinate all of these help the nausea subside.

just sip some seven up slowly, and hope the feeling goes away.

If you have a lemon., cut in half and lick it,,, it helps with nausea.
