That's because Canadia is made up of a race of superbeings fed on maple syrup and canadian bacon, and are genetically superior to all other nationalities. Now have a genocide with the Canadian army of three canoes and kill all us Americans. I plan on moving to Canadia soon anyway...

Because this country doesn't care. Money is money and meant to be spent. Plus, U.S has some many cultures that it would be hard to put on a currency so we just color it green and call it a day

Actually, many currencies use color at least in part to make it harder to counterfeit. US currency is slowly adding some color for that reason, but it will take time to get Americans used to the idea.
