You need a sweet gimmick that nobody has done before. For instance, how bout your this street fighter guy that beats the crap outta people, but right before you are about to do your finishing move... You piledrive yourself and lose every match. NOW THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT.

Seriously, keep your head up and don't give up.

Forget your family. I think they'll be okay without you for a little bit... sheesh. Make sure you truly want to do this because not everyone is going to get the Hardy Boyz or Shawn Michaels success story, okay? You should heed my advice and go to college, get a proper education (if you haven't already) so that you may have a fallback option in case this doesn't work out. I love wrestling, too, and I want to be a pro wrestler one day (that's right! I said "wrestler," NOT "diva".... I actually plan on showing my athleticism), but I'm at least going to go to college so that I have something else to do if it doesn't work out.
You should aim high, which you sound like you're doing... but don't be disappointed if you don't get scouted immediately by WWE... settle for indy feds first. Then, if you're REALLY fortunate, opportune, and skilled enough, you may have a shot at the big leagues like TNA or WWE. I recommend at least getting some international background like wrestling in Japan or Mexico. You might want to really work on amateur, too. That's what makes a technical wrestler so good... duh. And go to a pro wrestling school. Learn it properly, NOT backyard style like Jeff and Matt. I love them, but that doesn't change the fact that it is completely unsafe... other than that, you've got to have the innate capabilities such as being charismatic, marketable, and at least adequate on the mic. If you've got that along with determination and a high threshold for pain, then you can definitely do it. Forget "quit." That's not in the wrestler's vocabulary.

Keep going. Danny DeVito and other famous people were turned down hundreds of times before they got their shot. They stuck with it since they loved it and it eventually worked out for them.

Keep trying, never quit! If you have wrestling in your blood, you'll never be able to run from it. Once you make it, send me your autograph (or better yet a backstage pass!).
