America on Line is attempting to force me to pay for a service i did not use, i know they do this to thousands if not millions of people, and i want to find them and join a class action suit if one is going on, The deceit, and unprofessional way they are treating me is almost hard to believe.I DO REMEMBER somewhere on a web site their were hundreds of people who posted exactly the same story,, if anyone can give me info please do, and please no jokers, or one liners, this situation could and is happening everywhere , After i have proven i did not OWE THEM MONEY, or use AOL, they agree, then they are pursuing me aggresively to collect money,,with bully tactics, is very stressful, and greedy is not the right word for them.. but i can't find anything better at this time,
please give me feedback if you are familiar with this subject, and thank you..

I suggest you search on Google. Also, you may want to speak to an attorney. Read your service agreement with them VERY carefully, as you may have agreed to pay for that service even though you didn't use it. The best thing for you to do, regardless of whether you find such a suit, is to consult an attorney and see if you have a valid cause of action.
