i'm trying to write something and i need to know how to say the following in Japanese " I still like you even though you have a girlfriend"

You say, "Anata ni kanojo ga ite mo, mada suki dayo!"
Or if you wanna write it, 「あなたに彼女がいても、まだ好きだよ!」

anatani kanojoga itemo soredemo watashiwa anataga sukidesu

I don't think you can boil it down that far.
It goes like this:
彼女がいても、まだ好きだよ。
Kanojyo ga itemo, madda suki da yo.
