depending on the size and condition of the home. What you are having done. This can be very expensive, If you are cleaning up after a tenant has moved out you need to doctument the damage and they are responsibe for the damage that they caused. Your question is not clear.
Painting? Vaulted walls and ceilings are more.Carpet Cleaning?general cleaning, heavy cleaning? Trash removal? just trash? funiture, appliance and such are much more, Basic Cleaning?or major clean? Is there yard work? This can be very costly. You should not have to give out any information to recieve a estimate.
Always check with the better buisness department to see if there are any complaints on file.

You're not going to get a meaningful quote here. And you're not going to get a meaningful quote without an inspection of the property.
Where the house is, how large it is, and how dirty it is are all factors in what it will cost. Without inspecting it, there's no way to quote a price.

The only way you are going to get a price quote is to have some one come & look at the house & have you tell them just what you want done.
You could tell them what you want to spend & they might tell you how much they would do for that much.
I will tell you right now that it will be to much money or that they won't do as much as you had hoped they would do.

Vendors here charge $200 to clean a vacant two/bed two bath apt plus more to do blinds and to strip and rewax floors. Check the newspapers for jobs wanted, may find a private individual willing to do the work

In Southern California, a 4Bd/3Ba 2000 sq feet home cost anywhere from 55-85 dollars. The price depends on whether or not you hire illegal aliens or a bonded and insured company (which hires illegal aliens) ;)
I manage rental properties along with my own.
