No, that would fall on Carter or Hoover.
And no, nobody's 'dividing' up Iraqi oil. Be more realistic.

Let's put it this way - James Buchanan has generally been regarded as the worst president in history. In a couple of years, it will be time for James to step aside and let Bush the Idiot take that bottom spot. We've waited over 150 years for this historic moment, so let's savor it when Bush leaves office - A New Worst President of All-Time!!!!
His little war which has so far cost over 3000 American lives was started for two reasons: 1. Because Saddam put out a contract on daddy at the time of the Gulf War and 2. For Oil - and its really flowing, isn't it?
This bozo is such a loser, he's made America the laughingstock of the whole world with his mispronounced words and warped syntax (but, as the "decider" he can decide if nuke-you-lar is the correct pronunciation for nuclear or not). Not to mention that this country is no longer respected throughout the world as it once was. It will take a strong, dynamic leader to get us back to where we once were. Let's hope the Democrats nominate someone like that.

Paradigm is extremely simple. UN resolution only means USA resolution. Stop using the word freedom for Iraq. The Americans took their freedom away. You are amazingly naive to use the words Bush uses for Iraq war. He succeeded in making a fool out of u. Americans killed one million Iraqi and destroyed their hospitals, school, libraries and museum. The Americans are now playing the divide and rule game.

George W. Bush is most definatly the worst president in the history of the earth. He needs to be tried and convicted of all of his war crimes and murders in the World Court in the Netherlands.

I believe he is. He certainly is one of the most war loving of any President we've ever had.
It's possible that his march to war in Iraq was
orchestrated by Cheney, Rove and Rumsfeld.
I never thought Bush was smart enough to have an original idea.
Haliburton has made more money there than
anyone, and they're still there. Cheyney's old company was given the contract to rebuild the country. The money that these war-mongers have made is unconcionable.

Possibly,I'm sure everyone suspects that oil is a big reason, but there is so much more going on that we have only begun to find out.......time will tell, when Bush is long gone.......or at the rate were going it could be sooner! I know the only reason I registered to vote was to vote against Bush!!!

There are three choices when facing anything in life. 1st which is the best is doing the right thing, 2nd which is sometimes not good- is doing the wrong thing 3rd which is the absolute worst thing to do- Is nothing at all. the latter has Carter written all over it.

I think he rates among the worst. Oil had a lot to do, but his main concern was to revenge his father's failure. And send young people to die fo no reason at all. Since Iraq never had Nuclear Armament. And becaus of his ill decision, US got the worst problem with terrorism inside the Country
