Some women are addicted to pornography, but most of them believe that it's degrdaing to women. Pornography among women is not supported at all, but for the women that do watch it and deny societies beliefs, you really think they're gona give a crap about what others think. It's a selfish desire and can be appealing to all... if you want it to be.

To say there are not women addicted to pornography would just be naive. Surely, there are, but I am confident to say there are probably very few. I am not aware of any. I do know men get addicted to pornography, collecting VHS tapes/DVDs, magazines, storing movies and pics on their computers, frequenting adult bookstores, frequenting adult internet sites, posting on adult internet sites.
I'm going to be very delicate with my wording here, because I don't want to offend, nor be graphic.
Men, I believe, are much more visual when it comes to the physical act they regard as "intimacy" than women are. Men see an "erotic image" and they're off and running. Women take longer to get reeved up. Hands down, I think women have the better experience. Their "pleasures" last much longer and come in waves. I also believe they have better control over their urges.
Outside of a girl with her boyfriend, a wife with her husband, or a prostitute looking for a "trick" (the first two examples are people looking for an exciting "thrill" or "never-done-before" experience), I've never seen anything other than men in the back of adult bookstores. Not that I've been in many, but I'm not "young" anymore either. So it's an interesting statistic to note.
I would actually like to know more about the subject on which you posted. It's almost like serial killers. There have been very few women serial killers, but MANY men.

I like porn. Plain and simple. Porn is cool. I like all sorts of it, but I am not addicted to it. I do not need it to achieve satisfaction. I've even gone without porn for months at a time because I got tired of it.

That being said, I feel that I am very much the minority. Women in this country are taught from a very young age that sex is dirty, degrading, and disgusting. Nice girls don't do those sorts of things. Sexualized women are ostracized by other women, not by men. Men love a sexuallized woman! Not so for other women. A woman will call another woman a sluut and a whoore faster than a man will, and she will mean it in a mean and spiteful way.

Since there is a double standard in society (men who like sex are studs, women who like sex are sluuts), I think that a woman addicted to porn or sex would find little support out there in the world. She could find treatment, yes, but her reputation would be forever scarred. Once a whoore, always a whoore, as I've heard the saying.

Well women have a different outlook to sex as a whole and are born with a more gentle and sentimental view of love and affairs. This female view of love and close association is a prerequisite for sex.
Men on the other hand are more target oriented and look for physical sex signals like the size of breasts and appearance and hence the byproduct Pornography.
