i'm sick and I feel like I have to puke REALLY bad but, when I go to the bathroom and try to nothing happens. What do I do?

i felt liek that a few months ago! i made this pasta and tried otu this new sauce which gave me fod poinsoning. i kept feeling liek i had to throw up. i sorta made myself throw up (its not helthy to do, so dont make a habit of it!) and felt a little better afterwards.
you shoudl just try sleeping, thats the best thing to do right now. and just keep a large bolw of pan and some towels next to your bed just incase you can make it tot he bathroom in time. drink a little bit of water at a time so you dont get dehydrated too. and eat some crackers.

Drink some mint and camomile tea or suck on a piece of fresh ginger, if you have any of that stuff. They can all settle your stomach. Maybe you ate something that disagreed with you, or maybe you are coming down with the flu? If it goes on much longer, or if you develop a fever, you should definitely see a doc.

Hey,
It sux feelin sick, but if you lay down and try to go to sleep then you may feel better, if not try eating some crystalized ginger. It works for me.

make urself throw up if it will make u feel better...or just go to sleep and see how u feel in tha morning

rest and take alot of vataman c-rest rest rest-keep a bucket with water near buy-drink lotts of water!!!!!!!!!!!!
