I don't know if this counts. It was written by an obvious feminist and relates many spiritual insights, but it's technically a book about vampires.

Unholy Hungers: Encountering the Psychic Vampire in Ourselves and Others, by Barbara E. Hort, PhD

I also recommend Joseph Campbell's books on comparitive mythology, for their many stories of females heroes and goddesses in ancient folklore.

He came to set the captive free is a wonderful book by Rebecca Brown Md.... Another good book is devine revelations of Hell....by Mary K. Baxter. These are life changing books. If you are not looking for a life changing experience for the better, don't read these.

I am partial to "My Best Clients Are Dead" by Carrie Cox. You can find it on www.lulu.com, but she is a medium and she talks about her experiences talking to dead people. It is a really moving look at her journey in life through the experiences working with the dead. Kind of like a chicken soup for the psychics soul. It was quick and easy read too. I have been giving it as gifts.

King Fortis the Brave - I don't know if it really fits into the category of women's spirituality, but the Sisterhood of Aria that Gillian comes from would fit in to a point anyway

I second the votes for Starhawk and Joseph Campbell. Check out the Tao Te Ching, too.
