Hey, that's really cool that you want to go to England! I've been there my self and loved it! I also love photography. I know that if you wait for the right moment it will be that much more meaningful experience. Maybe if you wait it out you'll be able to go there and really take those pictures with your heart. I know that it doesn't take money and the most expensive and high quality camera to take pictures that are really meaningful. I the meantime though, go to some places nearer to home (if you live in North America) like Banff, or Toronto, Canada. It's always good practice, at least.

I've waited for things like this and there is always something that gets in the way of doing it. If you have such a desire, save up some money and just do it. The longer you wait, the more you will put it off and before long you will never do it. Just think, you do it now, you might just get to do it again, and then again, and then again. Second chances are a rare thing in life. Go for it! If you have such a desire, there might be a reason for that. You will never find out that reason unless you go. Have fun and send me a picture!

It depends almost entirely (as do many things) on what it is you are waiting for. Sometimes it is best to wait for something, in order to push ones limits of self control and will power to achieve a more satisfying reward.
HOWEVER!
Sometime, you just cant wait,. ya know ^_^.
(I'm an instant-gratification person myself, to be honest :)
Have fun in England. (I've heard the photography opurtunities there are great as well.)

who says you have to wait a long time to get what you want? If you wait 5 seconds for something that is waiting. if you know when the right time is then that is the most important thing. waiting for something to happen is a mistake. make your dreams come true.

England is the armpit of the world. It smells like an open sewer. Crowded and dirty. Japan is nasty too.

I think it has to be true because if you wait that long you'll feel so happy to have it because you've waited so long. or maybe you'll wait cause you know wale your waiting it's worth the wait. cause if it wasn't worth it you would not wait now would you?

Cold, damp, rainy, without modern heating and air conditioning. But quaint.
