I SUCK AT THIS STUFF!
I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS

find V if density = 2.65g/ml and mass = 35.6g

Ok first Volume=Length * Width * Height

So Volume is now 23.808 cm^3

Now the equation for Density is D=M/V

So now we divide 188.08g by 23.808 cm^3 and the final answer is

7.89 g/cm^3

Volume is simply the space something takes up, so multiply the item's length, height, and width to get the volume.

Density is the mass per unit volume (m/V), so divide the mass of the object by the object's volume, so the units for your density will be g/(cm)^3 ("grams per centimeter cubed").
