YES IT IS BIG CORRUPTION GOING ON UNDER THE COVER OF DIWALI. GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF LACS AND LACS OF RUPEES AND THEY ARE HELPING THEM TO VALUE THE COST OF GIFT. THESE SHOULD BE BANNED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
