YES IT IS BIG CORRUPTION GOING ON UNDER THE COVER OF DIWALI. GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF LACS AND LACS OF RUPEES AND THEY ARE HELPING THEM TO VALUE THE COST OF GIFT. THESE SHOULD BE BANNED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Giving away gifts in appreciation or anticipation of some act is corruption.If there is no such intention or discrimination you can call it clean.

no not at all,in fact it's nice to give gifts....but it should be ensured that no govt deals should take place during festive occasions....so that gifts only remain gifts nothing more than that
