Dayton Daily News practices unjust firing of employees time and time again.

This is done by many companies though some offer a retirement package if the company can afford it. There is no definite guideline to what any company should do or not do for their employees. They are their own entity and can do what they want to do.

that is awful I hope they band together and get an attorney. Also that they have this published in a magazine or other newspaper.
