Not really, I tend to suffer from panic disorder. So when there is a crisis it can tend to send me over the edge. I guess it just depends on the level of crisis it is. If it involves death or pain I am a wreck, if it's just like a fight or money issues, I can put a handle on it, I just pop a xanax

It all depends on the crisis for me. Usually yes, but when it is concerning family or friends, I panic a little bit.
