Actually, i would have to be forced to say yes since the universe is infinite and it would be extremely closed minded to say that we are the only life forms in one galaxy of trillions of others. Many others also say that there isn't possible since all life forms need the basic needs of food, enviorment, water, air, and other nessicities. However, it would be very ingnorant (again) to say that earth is the only planet that composes of this.

Yes, I do believe there is intelligent life in the rest of the universe. These intelligent beings can be anywhere in their development. They could just be starting out as a species, have the same level of technology as us, or they could be very advance. I do not believe the ones with advance technology have visited Earth. If they have such advance technology, then they would never visit beings who have lower technology because it would interfere with our development.

Yes out of all the stars in the night sky I'm sure at least most have their own sets of planets and so with all those planets there should be at least one with intelligent life. Not only do I believe there is intelligent life out there but intelligences far greater than our own. In fact here's an interesting website:
http://www.rael.org/
They have an interesting theory.

I believe there is a strong possibility that there could be life elsewhere in the universe, although I don't believe they have visited us yet because I think we would know a lot more (publicly) than we do at the present time.

Do you mean other intelligent life or more intelligent life.
As in are there other rational life forms, or is there life more intelligent than humans out there?
Yes in the first sense and no in the second. Although humanoids are very emotional driven creatures and largely irrational in many senses. Senseless in some situations.

I would like to hope so, I really do not think that we are the only existance in the masive galaxy I mean come on there is so much to learn I just hope that it will be in my time that we actally get to discover other existance out there and hopefully if it does happen that things will be under good terms and not hostile ones like the movies portray.

lol...I've thought long and hard about this! if there was a more intelligent life form do you think they'd be so sneaky and quiet when they come to earth? would humans act so secretively if we found a different life form out there? NO we wouldn't! strange things do and have happened but i cant really say that yes there is an unknown life form out there at least not one that has come to earth

Probably yes with all these galaxies and parallel universes and billions of billions of planets why wouldnt there be intelligent beings there? But one thing is sure they cant reach our solar system to prove their existence and if they can why would they be interested in our planet and our species?

Based on the questions that get posted here, I'm not even sure there's intelligent life on Earth, much less anywhere else.
