Wear shirts that are cut a little low and that will help expose your neck more and give it a more elongated look. Also, wearing long necklaces gives the illusion of a longer neck. Wear your hair up too.

Wear v-necks, boat necks. Avoid any kind of rounded neck. Either cut your hair short or put it up. Wear dangly earrings, but not too long.

you could do that whole ring thing like those women in that African tribe or where ever do. OR just stand up straight, hold your head up and be happy with who you are.
