i have some bils with blue printing on them and a buffalo nickle etc..

You can look it up by typing in the specific bill and year online. Look at what the specific currency is going for on ebay. You will get a good idea of the value, but remember, let the professionals grade what you have. Grade changes the value.

Almost every website selling old currency will not value it sight unseen. Take it to a couple of local shops for proper evaluation.

I took a 1934 $10 gold certificate to a shop once and the owner told me he would give me $12 for it. I didn't sell it and just kept it. 5 years later, I had it valued at a coin show and found out it was a rare bill worth about $2200! I sold it to the guy for $2000. So if I would have sold it to first guy, I would have lost $1998! I am not sure if the guy really knew what I had or was trying to rip me off. Be sure to get more than one opinion!
