(In less you are talking about mine specifically. Then it would be lub-dub-lub-dub-dub-lub-dub... My heart makes an extra beat sometimes. The reason has never been determined.)

thumpba-thumpa-thumpa....i got that from the kid on the cherrios commerical...lol....no really....its like the sound that a rose makes when it blooms...you cant hear it ...but yet ...if you really listen...it has a pulse....
