Waist training via the constant wearing of corsets not only possible but there is a vast amount of excellent info on the web to help you. I would advise having someone close by to help you with the lacing and keep you focused on your goal, but you can do those things by yourself, too.

Good luck!

From experience and reading, it's possible, but not comfortable at all. It takes years and years to get a tiny waist that way. Corsets laced really tightly (3 inches or more smaller than your normal waist) hurt, you can't move around well. If you want a smaller waist, diet and exercise. If you really want that waspy look, think about if all the pain will be worth it.

the coaching is meant to take approximately 3 months to get a significant replace started. it is not painful if performed properly. It does contain moving inner organs around that's why it is achieved slowly. it will be uncomfortable till you're familiar with moving with a corset on.

I guess it's possible. But I think diet and exercise are healthier and more permanent.

Possible but not healthy. You're apt to come down with the vapors.
