that would be something you really need to go to the doctor for and have an MRI...it's not normal for your arm to do that and you may need surgery to correct it...get it taken care of soon because the longer you wait the worse it will end up in the end

quit playing football..as hard as it sounds..you've ruined ur rotator cuff and if the damage gets bad enough you will never be able to use that arm again.
