Soul food ,Italian food and Sea food
are at the top of my list...how about you?
I don't know if Seafood is ethnic I still love it..lol

Well, the most bizarre would be Albanian food. GOOD stuff. Lots of oil though, but it's worth it. I have friends from Kosovo that moved here as refugees when the war between the Serbians and the Albanians happened in Kosovo in the 1990's.

I really like Italian food, Olive Garden is my favorite! I also like Japanese and Chinese. Seafood isn't an "ethnic" food, but I like it too!!
