You sure get injured alot.First it was on your neighbors property and now your niece's?You must really be clumsy.

Most homeowners policies cover people injured on the property. You will have to ask you niece what and how much her policy covers.

You can use her homeowners insurance to pay for your medical, but if they should refuse to pay then you would have to show negligence on her part if you want to sue the insurance company.
