My Sandisk M240 1 GB wont let me put new songs on it and when I try to it removes my older songs. I tried reseting it but it wont let me. And when I go into My Computer to delete songs it says that I have no songs on it. Help Please!

Call customer service! The exact same thing happened to me and Samsung replaced it with a brand new one!

Try using Windows Media player to upload the songs?
