Routine guano removal should be approached with a degree of caution. A fungus sometimes found in bird and bat droppings can lead to a health condition known as histoplasmosis.

Since you don't say where you are from, bat guano is considered a hazardous material. You should hire pro's to remove.

Bat smell is very like mouse in that the smell of their droppings soaks into wood and carpet and furnishings.

You need to clean everything. Get the carpets and furniture cleaned, wash the walls with hot water and pine cleaner, throw any washables like cushions and curtains into the washing machine with hot water and lysol then hang them outside in hot sunshine to dry. Throw out any paper or books with bat droppings. Scrub the windows, and any glass or porcelain in hot water and pine cleaner.

There are professional services which clean smoke damaged homes. After thoroughly cleaning, they seal the house and saturate it with ozone, which eliminates the odor. I don't think there's a home product as powerful as the ones the pros have available.

It depends on how much you want to spend and if you want something to keep in your room all the time. If you are interested in a permanent solution I have a friend who sells an amazing air purifier that is guaranteed to get any smell our of your room.

You have to find the actual source and clean it. The bat probably left a few presents that are funking up the room.
