Well a few simple ways to reduce that big RED undefragmented area of the HD is to make sure that when you defrag, your not using your computer. First disonnect it from the internet, shut down ALL programs including virus software, before running the defragmenting utility. Also this red bar may stay at reletiely large size deending if you have any virus' or if you have an exceptionally large pageing file.

Clear all your temp directories, clear your internet cache, delete all cookies and empty your Recycle bin. Set your Page File size to its minimum.

Now defrag. (don't forget to stoke your Page File size back up - or at least to 'system managed') when you're done

There is probably a big file with a fragment in it. It doesn't have enough free space to move it. If you really are that worried about it, give it more free space.
