Is there any way to make your skin turn black and blue without makeup or a real injury? Need to do it for a costume thing. Like is there some way to pinch you self or something and make your skin bruise. Just like how if you stand on one ankle for ten minutes it will swell.

dont know how to explain it. I am not going to brise my eye, just used that as an example, but it is like a tortured soul part i am playing in the play. I dont own any emo-ish make up or clothes so my drama teacher wants me to get a fake bruise? IDK?

Take a black eyeliner pencil and rub it on your finger a little. Then dab it around your eye and smuge it then woo you have a black eye or bruise wherever you need it. But you should have stage makeup and such if it was a real play.

Ouch why would you want to pinch yourself and cause a bruise. Its Halloween season they sell black make up for that. As far a making a bruise that is a dangerous idea. If fact hickeys are very dangerous they could cause a blood clot that can dislodge and travel up to the brain and cause a stroke. Buy the make up it painless and comes off with soap and water.

Im afraid there is no way to create a bruise in your skin without causing damage. The bruise is broken blood vessels under the skin caused by damage. So afraid not. Just use makeup. If you are allergic to some makeup, you can often find hypo-allergenic makeup
