To begin I'm atheist but I'm oppossed to the taking of human life. Ppl said Bush, I think he is a stooge & therefore more to be pitied than hated. It's like hating a Turnip. I would like to see some ppl come to their senses.Hypothetically, to answer your ques. 1) The Pres of No Korea, for the way he has abused and made his people suffer.2) Leader of the military factions in Africa that are stealing the food & aid meant for the people who are dying needlessly at an horrendous rate.3)Anyone who is committing cruelty and torture to others. I really would not want them killed, just stopped from committing their crimes against humanity.
