Nope, the democrats forgot the electoral college and focused on the population centers instead of paying attention to what would sway the nation as a whole (what the electoral college was intended to do). The fact that it all hinged on one state says the democrats deserved to lose, if they had a populace message for the nation it would not have been so close.
Besides, in order to fix the election the republicans would have to know how every state in the union and the districts in those states would go and that is an impossibility. No one can determine how such a macro event will go.

I find it fascinating that people can even believe this stuff, or any conspiracy theory.
Do you know how many people would have to be in on such a conspiracy? Don't you find it interesting that none of the conspirators would not blow the whistle, either before or after the fact.
Honestly, if the whacko leftists are to be believed, Bush must have the finest groups of conspirators working for him, who unquestioningly carry out his orders, never get caught, and keep their mouths shut forever about it. Yet he can't keep top secret documents like the NIE secret, even with penalty of law working in his favor.

The Democrats sealed their own fate by running Cowardly Kerry as a candidate and putting Howlin' Howard in charge. In the case of the Democrats, the inmates are running the asylum.

No but I'm sure your mind is made up. If you ask me both parties rig it by controlling the media with their money during elections thereby controlling most of the voters by not letting anyone else put their hat in the ring.

Is the Pope Catholic? Of course they did! And, they'll probably try it again this election. Right now, our elections are about as crooked as those in a Third World country. Let's hope there are some poll watchers active in November.
