ok u know how they say dont put hamsters together cause they will kill each other well my brother put his and mine together.......and they started doing "things" you know sex...why?

cause one is girl and one is a boy and it is animal instinct to first have sex..then kill each other. My daughter had two hamsters in one cage together for a year or so and they got along just fine. The only thing they actually fought about was how to decorate te cage. Maybe they were gay? Sorry if that last part was inappropriate

They fell in love! Besides, people say all kinds of things about different pets and you don't know what to believe; even the experts!
Obviously, they're male and female, and horny! Or, just lonely for a companion -- but on the bright side -- one hasn't eaten the other (Just hope you have friends who are interested in baby hamsters!)

I've never heard that before i know they say the male will eat the babies that he should be removed if babies are expected but never heard to keep them apart all the time

one must be male and the other female....as far as i know, there have been no reported and documented cases of homosexual hamsters....ask a vet...

if they are both males, than they are homosexual. not its not a joke. male animals are attracted to each other. like dogs. male dogs are attracted to each other. or they might be male and female.
