Iraq is going to hell quickly, and it appears that this issue is going to cost the Republicans control of Congress. If that happens, do you think Bush will regret that he didn't take action sooner to change his Iraq strategy, and do you think the situation would be better if Donald Rumsfeld had been replaced?

Replacing Rumsfeld wouldn't have changed anything unless he had been replaced in the planning stage.

No, Rumsfeld has nothing to do with it. The Dems and media would have complained about the next person, regardless of the facts, just as they are doing today. (When I speak of the facts, I mean all of it, not just the negative).
