Yes they can because your sign means absolutely nothing. I have friends who are both Pisces and they have been happily married for 9 years. You can't control who you fall in love with.

Im a libra, and all through high school I was doing a Libra. Both of us had birthdays on 9-24. We got along great, did everything together, and could almost read each others minds. I asked her to marry me, but I already knew what she was going to say. It broke my heart. I will always love her, but I guess in my case, we didnt do well in love.

Of course, I am Libra and been in love with a Libra guy before but I wouldnt say its the best compatiable coz you can get bored of each other easily...
Libra together do share many great interests, understanding, great conversations and attractive partners. You can truly understand each other... Its great to be buddy than lover i would say...

Often times they can - particularly with other complimentary planets. You do have to be careful that you both don't fall into your signs signature flaws - ie. 2 critical Virgos can get as little done as a pair of Libra's so interested in balance and seeing both sides that they can't make a decision (even on what to eat for dinner).

Yes! My frined and her now husband met about 4 months ago and moved in with eachother about one month after they met one another. And suddenly, 4 months later, there I was standing at her marriage. The scary thing is that they are the worst signs you can ever have, well when it comes to dating the same sign. They are both SCORPIANS!

I'll say yes just because at one time I was deeply in love with one. My ex and I had b-days only 3 days apart. We fell for each other just like that. Sadly were not together anymore but answer to your question is OH HELL YEAH!!
