if you don't know arabic well enough to have some names in mind, why are you picking arabic names? a child's name is personal and should reflect you in some way... don't just pick out something random that's popular at the moment, you'll regret it later.

I think Osama would be an awesome name. We had a guy in our school named Osama who graduated in Nuclear Engineering. Needless to say, he got lots of attention!
