No, it doesn't have to match. Depending on the colors, it might be best if they do though. I think its funny how people always say you can tell fake blondes by their dark eyebrows. My hair is naturally light blonde, but my eyebrows are much darker. And I've seen several redheads that have blonde eyebrows. If you're gonna dye your hair, don't worry about them matching exactly. They sometimes don't match naturally, so don't worry.

Sometimes it depends. Some people naturally have their hair color and brow color the exact same shade. Sometimes, it depends on your race. For instance, I once saw an Asian with brown hair and brown eyebrows the same shade. She would've passed as a caucasian if it weren't for her eyes! Plus, it also depends on what your natural hair color is and your proccessed color is. For example, if you have naturally blonde hair and brows, and you decide to dye it brunette, it would look pretty strange with brown hair and blonde brows. Never ever have your brows lighter than your hair color. If you have anything darker than a medium dark brown, I'd advise that you keep your brows the same shade. The same goes for red hair.

Of course they should be the same color especially if you dye your hair color. The last thing you want to advertise to the world is that you're a walking dye job.

What about people who do not dye their hair but their eyebrows are darker than their hair? They can't help it if their Scandinavian genes help them have natural highlights....

So are you asking if people look like fakes if their eyebrows are darker than their hair? Just curious.

For a more natural look they say eyebrows should be slightly darker than the haircolor. To not look out of place the colors shouldn't be really different. However, if you don't really mind..then have them different colors.

No. It looks rediculous unless its natural. Like if you were originally brunette and dyed it light, keep your eyebrows dark because when your roots start coming it it looks cool.
