I always enjoy voluntering at the city Halloween celebrations passing out candy to people.However I must pick out the candy with money given to me.Last year I helped out at serveral partys but I gave out a variety of things.What lollipops and fun size candy bars do little kids like the most?No real budget.

Not important just got to let out in the open.I stay up to about 3 in the morning before preparing and after cleaning up.

My mom buys assorted packs of full-size candy bars at Costo and the kids can pick which one they want. lol
I think the Reece's though are always the biggest prize. Those things IMO are worth at least five of everything else. lol

Kids love 3 Musketeers and Milky Way bars. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are a real favorite, but some kids can't eat peanut butter.
Dum Dums are dum. Kids like Chupps or Tootsie Pops.

Anything factory-wrapped.....parents are suspicious of anything that is homemade or could have been tampered with.
I found some little halloween fruit snacks (gummie bear type) at Kroger. There were about 36 packages to the box. I'm planning on giving those out at my door.
